1.How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase at wutabagstrap is easy. You can browse in our website by using the links Shop and Outlet. Once you have found an item, simply select ADD TO BASKET. Your selected item will appear in your cart on the top right of the screen. Then you can continue to shop or browse the site. When you are ready to place your order, go to your cart, select CHECKOUT and then follow the steps in order to complete the process. In case you have any problem or need any assistance, please contact customer care at bagstrap@wutaleather.com .

2.Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, you can shop at WUTABAGSTRAP without creating an account.

3.How do I know if an item is in stock?

Usually the items that are shown, are in stock. If a product is not in stock, is marked as Sold Out. Also when you select a product you can see the available sizes. Only the sizes that exist are available. However, you can always email us at bagstrap@wutaleather.com and inform us for your interest on a certain size or sold out product and we will try our best to find it for you.

4.Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we take data protection using SSL technology so that all data remain private and integral. You can always find more information by reading our Privacy Policy (make it a link to take you there).

5.What should I do if I forget my password?

In order to re-set your password please follow the Forgotten Password instructions on the My Account page. For security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email, so you will have to create a new one.

6.Is it safe to use my credit card online?

We are working very hard in order to ensure that it is safe to use your credit card online. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

7.What payment methods does WUTABAGSTRAP accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro cards. You can also choose to pay cash on delivery for certain destinations.

8.How will I know if you have received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email.

9.When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped by our delivery partner. They are delivered during weekdays between 9am and 5pm.

10.Can I collect my order?

For security reasons we ship to your address and we do not collaborate with local pick-up points. For any further information please contact customer care at bagstrap@wutaleather.com .

11.How do I return an item?

Returning an item is easy. You have 30 days (from the day of delivery) to decide whether to keep your item or not. Simply send an email on customer care (bagstrap@wutaleather.com ) requesting a return , defining the reason for returning your purchase and we will advise you what to do next..

12.Will I be refunded?

Yes, you can ask your returned item to be refunded. You can do so, by filling in the returns’ form that will accompany the returned product. In that case you will have to pay for the shipment and chose your own forwarder. The refund will be made by crediting your card that was used for the original purchase or by crediting your bank account. You will be able to see your card or account credited not earlier that three working days from the day we receive the returned product.

13.Will WUTABAGSTRAP have seasonal sales?

We hold seasonal sales twice a year. Register for email updates and you will be notified when our sales start and when we have further reductions.
